Associate Specialist Quality Control

About the role

The Carlow site is expanding its Quality Control team and is looking for four Associate Specialist Quality Control professionals. You will support QC operations, ensure compliance with global quality standards and cGMP, and contribute to reliable product supply.

Key responsibilities

• Execute QC activities in line with Global Policies, Procedures, and the Global Quality Management System.
• Review testing documentation, maintain data integrity, and achieve QC Right First Time KPIs.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert for QC documentation systems, managing document lifecycle and approvals.
• Support new product introductions, technology transfers, and lifecycle activities from a QC compliance perspective.
• Participate in deviation investigations using structured root‑cause analysis tools and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry or a related discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of cGMP Quality Control experience in a regulated pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical environment.
• Demonstrated experience with HPLC and ELISA systems and associated software.
