Attraction Manager – Adventure & Hospitality Operations

About the role

The Attraction Manager will lead one of Ireland’s most dynamic adventure, hospitality and tourism operations, overseeing Carlingford Adventure Centre, Skypark Carlingford and Carlingford Holiday Homes. Reporting to the General Manager, you will shape growth across multiple sites while ensuring a safe, high‑quality guest experience for over 50,000 visitors each year.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support departmental managers across activities, catering, housekeeping, front‑of‑house, retail, maintenance and accommodation.
• Drive day‑to‑day operational performance, ensuring health, safety and security standards are met.
• Oversee staffing, rotas, stock control, resource allocation and operational planning.
• Participate in the management rota, performing Duty Manager duties during busy periods.
• Maintain high standards of guest service, accommodation quality and event delivery.
• Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement growth strategies.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in managing multi‑site hospitality, tourism or adventure operations.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills with the ability to work hands‑on on the floor.
• Excellent knowledge of health, safety and security regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, staffing and resource planning in a high‑volume environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Carlingford; relocation support and potential housing provided.
