Business Development Manager – Property Portal (Cork/Kerry)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth for Ireland’s leading property portal across the Cork and Kerry region. You will act as a trusted advisor to estate agents, promoting digital advertising solutions that connect them with thousands of property seekers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand relationships with existing estate‑agent clients, delivering value‑based selling of digital advertising products.
• Prospect new agency partners across Munster, manage short‑ and long‑term sales cycles and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
• Provide market insights and act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, representing the company within the property community.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and a healthy pipeline using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and sales teams to inform future product development.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B or online sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong consultative relationship‑building skills and confidence engaging C‑level stakeholders.
• Data‑driven approach to value‑based selling and complex pricing discussions.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Tableau.
