Business Development Specialist – End-to-End Sales

About the role

Join a fast‑growing recruitment consultancy in Dublin as a Business Development Specialist, handling the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement. You will work closely with clients to uncover needs, build relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new business opportunities through outbound activities.
• Generate and qualify leads, conducting discovery calls to understand client requirements.
• Build strong client relationships and guide them through the sales process.
• Close deals and directly contribute to the company’s revenue targets.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of proven success in BDR, SDR, telesales, lead generation, or similar outbound sales roles.
• Ambitious, self‑motivated and driven to exceed expectations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to commute to Dublin 2 and work Monday‑Friday.
