Catering Assistant – Full‑time, 35 hrs/week

About the role

Join a dynamic, fast‑paced team as a Catering Assistant, working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will help create a welcoming environment for customers while supporting the growth of a company that values individuality and invests in its people.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare delicious, high‑quality food that meets client expectations.
• Create attractive food and counter displays to draw customers.
• Represent Compass Group Ireland positively and uphold the brand image.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently and operate the register.
• Maintain the highest standards of food handling, hygiene, and health‑and‑safety compliance.

Required profile

• Positive, can‑do attitude and genuine passion for customer service.
• Team‑player who thrives under pressure and meets deadlines.
• Reliable, punctual and strong time‑management skills.
• Commitment to safety in all tasks.
• Previous catering experience is a plus, but enthusiasm is essential.
