Clinical Pharmacist – 12‑Month Contract (Hybrid, Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join our team on a 12‑month contract based in Dublin. The role combines clinical expertise with utilization management to shape drug coverage policies for key clients. You will work in a hybrid setting, spending two days per week onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Apply clinical knowledge of therapeutics and evidence‑based medicine to evaluate medical literature, guidelines and healthcare trends.
• Develop and present utilization‑management criteria to committees such as the National Pharmacy & Therapeutics (P&T) Committee.
• Translate custom drug coverage requests into policy recommendations aligned with payer benefit structures.
• Support implementation of custom coverage criteria in collaboration with Account Management teams.
• Maintain awareness of U.S. regulatory frameworks, including Medicare Part D, and their impact on drug coverage.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert on utilization management for cross‑functional projects.
• Define and track key performance indicators to assess program effectiveness.

Required profile

• Registered Pharmacist in Ireland (PSI) or a US state registration.
• Minimum three years of experience working as a Clinical Pharmacist.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote‑first environment.
