Construction Project Manager (18-Month Contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a new workplace environment for a global technology company in Dublin. The role involves overseeing a high‑impact office build‑out designed to support collaboration, employee engagement, workshops, events, leadership meetings and hybrid working experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of a workplace design and construction project, from concept through completion.
• Oversee office build‑out and fit‑out activities, ensuring alignment with corporate interior standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and stakeholder communications throughout the project.
• Control budget, schedule, and risk management to meet project objectives.
• Coordinate furniture, audiovisual, signage, and occupancy readiness to ensure a seamless handover.

Required profile

• Proven experience in workplace design and construction projects.
• Background in office build‑out / fit‑out projects and corporate interiors.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budget, schedule and project risk.
• Experience delivering furniture, AV, signage and occupancy readiness.
• Preferred backgrounds include workplace project management, corporate real estate, construction management, facilities & workplace strategy, or commercial interior fit‑outs.
