Construction Project Manager – Dublin

About the role

We are partnering with a leading Tier 1 contractor in Ireland to recruit a Construction Project Manager for Dublin. The role will lead major build and refurbishment projects, from early design through to handover, ensuring delivery on time, budget and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate site teams on projects ranging from €2 million to over €100 million.
• Maintain project momentum and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Drive problem‑solving and decision‑making throughout the project lifecycle.
• Report progress to senior management and clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction projects as a main contractor.
• Experience on Tier 1 contracts is advantageous.
• Right to work in Ireland.
• Strong leadership and ownership mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving environment.
