Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Construction Project Manager to join a leading Irish civil contractor. You will work on large‑scale residential projects in South Dublin, ensuring that each development meets the highest standards of quality, safety and schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate on‑site works, overseeing direct crews and sub‑contractors.
• Ensure all operations comply with contract requirements and health, safety and quality standards.
• Liaise with client representatives, attend meetings and provide commercial control of day‑to‑day activities.
• Procure materials and monitor project budgets, timelines and quality targets.
• Drive the project from inception to completion, delivering on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Third‑level qualification in a relevant field.
• Minimum 6 years of project management experience in Ireland or abroad.
• Proven experience with reinforced concrete (RC) frame construction.
• Strong leadership, communication and team‑motivation abilities.
• Proficiency with all MS Office programmes.
