Construction Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are expanding our construction division and are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to manage a live desk in Dublin. You will work with existing client relationships and active vacancies, helping to match construction and engineering talent with leading firms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a live construction recruitment desk, handling end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Develop new business while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Visit construction sites and meet clients face‑to‑face to understand their hiring needs.
• Source and assess candidates for a range of construction and engineering roles.
• Build long‑term relationships across the sector with contractors, developers, engineers and site teams.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of how construction sites operate and how projects are delivered.
• Commercially driven, target‑oriented and confident communicator.
• Motivated, energetic and ambitious with a desire to build a long‑term career.
• Recruitment experience is a plus but not essential; experience in construction, engineering, site operations or technical sales is valuable.
