About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead luxury residential developments. The role demands a strong focus on quality, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver projects on schedule and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors, site teams, and project programmes.
• Oversee groundworks and retaining wall construction.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site standards.
• Maintain project timelines and proactively solve problems.
• Coordinate with the developer to meet design and quality expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years managing high‑end residential construction projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and to a high standard.
• Strong organisational, communication and leadership abilities.
• Deep understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing and quality control.

Required skills

• Health & safety regulations knowledge.
