Construction Site Manager – Residential Development

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead on‑site supervision for large‑scale residential and regeneration projects across Ireland. You will work closely with contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered to design, quality and schedule standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with approved designs and specifications.
• Report progress and issues to the Employer’s Representative.
• Coordinate contract interfaces and manage site communications.
• Assess contractor claims, payment applications and technical submissions.
• Review method statements and provide structured feedback.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager or Resident Engineer on residential projects.
• Strong commercial awareness and sound professional judgement.
• Good knowledge of Safety, Health & Welfare at Work Regulations.
