Contract Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to lead a large‑scale construction project in North Wicklow. The role covers the full project lifecycle, from pre‑construction planning through to final handover, ensuring programmes, budgets and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from planning through completion.
• Oversee project teams, subcontractors and maintain client relationships.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitor health & safety and quality standards throughout the site.
• Coordinate with commercial and site teams to facilitate smooth delivery.
• Report on project progress and performance to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction sector.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience managing large‑scale building projects.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams.
• Relevant construction qualification preferred.
