Customer Care Executive

About the role

We are expanding our Customer Experience team in Dublin and are looking for a motivated Customer Care Executive. In this full‑time hybrid role you will be the first point of contact for customers across phone, email and digital channels, helping them resolve issues and maintain their accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and chat, providing accurate information and solutions.
• Process account updates, service requests and routine transactions.
• Maintain high standards of service quality and contribute to team performance targets.
• Record interactions accurately in the system and ensure attention to detail.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing role such as a contact centre, retail or hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong listening ability.
• Positive, solution‑oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.
• Good organisational and multitasking capabilities.
