Customer Sales Agent (Part Time)

About the role

Easytrip is seeking a motivated Customer Sales Agent to join its Blanchardstown team on a part‑time basis. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them maximise the value of Easytrip services such as tolling, parking, car washes and breakdown assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to Easytrip customers via phone, email and chat.
• Match customers with the most suitable Easytrip services.
• Resolve queries efficiently while maintaining a professional tone.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and meet key performance indicators.
• Deliver consistent, high‑quality customer care throughout each interaction.

Required profile

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent (minimum requirement).
• Positive attitude, high energy and a drive to meet targets.
• Previous experience in customer care or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with CRM or database systems (preferred).
