About the role

As a Deli Team Member at Applegreen in Youghal, you will be part of the front‑line team that delivers a high‑quality food experience to customers. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, supporting daily operations and ensuring the shop floor meets the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operations of the deli.
• Maintain a clean and tidy shop floor.
• Follow and enforce food safety policies.
• Prepare food items according to the Bakewell manual.
• Manage stock control and inventory.
• Create a positive food experience for customers.
• Collaborate with management to meet weekly and quarterly targets.
