Deli Team Member – Front‑line Food Service Role

About the role

Join the Applegreen team as a Deli Team Member at our Naas location. You will be a key part of the front‑line operation, delivering a high‑quality food experience to customers while supporting daily store activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operations of the deli and bakery area.
• Maintain a clean and tidy shop floor in line with food‑safety standards.
• Prepare food items and follow the Bakewell manual procedures.
• Manage stock levels and ensure accurate inventory control.
• Create a welcoming experience for customers and strive for the best possible food service.
• Collaborate with management to meet weekly and quarterly performance targets.

Required profile

• Can‑do attitude with strong communication skills.
• Enjoys interacting with customers and working in a team‑oriented environment.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced setting and willing to learn new tasks.
