About the role

Join the Applegreen family as a Deli Team Member and become an essential part of our front‑line operations. You will help create a welcoming environment, ensure food safety, and deliver a great food experience to every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operations of the deli shop.
• Maintain a clean and tidy shop floor.
• Follow all food safety policies and the Bakewell manual.
• Prepare food items and manage stock control.
• Deliver excellent customer service and create the best food experience possible.
• Collaborate with management to meet weekly and quarterly targets.

Required profile

• Can‑do attitude with strong communication skills.
• Enjoy interacting with customers and working in a team.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
