Deputy Store Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Deputy Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering an outstanding shopping experience at Zara in Dublin. You will help oversee daily operations, motivate the team and drive sales performance in a fast‑moving fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with day‑to‑day store operations and ensure smooth running of all areas.
• Drive sales, monitor targets and implement initiatives to meet or exceed them.
• Lead, coach and support the shop‑floor team, managing schedules and performance.
• Maintain organization in the shop floor, fitting rooms, stockroom and cash desk.
• Coordinate stock control, deliveries and inventory processes.
• Ensure high standards of customer service at all times.
• Communicate effectively with all departments and uphold health‑and‑safety and store procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience leading or supporting a team.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to handle busy periods and adapt to changing priorities.
