Emergency Department Staff Nurse

About the role

Mater Private Network is expanding its Emergency Department services in Dublin and Cork and is looking for experienced staff nurses to join the team. As an Emergency Department Nurse you will work in a fast‑paced environment delivering high‑quality patient care while supporting the network’s commitment to healthcare innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients presenting to the Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess, treat and monitor acute conditions.
• Utilise the network’s new electronic health record system and state‑of‑the‑art equipment as part of patient management.

Required profile

• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
• Minimum two years of recent experience working in an Emergency Department.
• Strong clinical background with the ability to communicate complex information clearly to both clinical and non‑clinical audiences.
