- Own the relationship with employee representatives and trade unions in Spain, including information and consultation processes and collective agreements.
- Lead EMEA people compliance programs, mainly for the Spanish group: Equality Plan, salary audit and gender pay gap reporting, Protocol against Harassment, LGBTI+ Plan and whistleblowing channel.
- Implement the global ER case management framework in EMEA and design and maintain EMEA people policies.
- Monitor EMEA employment law developments, partner with Legal and outside counsel, and train managers on ER and labour compliance.
- Report ER and labour relations data and trends to the Manager, Global Employee Relations and regional leadership.
Required profile
- Degree in Employment Law, Labour Relations, Human Resources or a related field; equivalent professional experience is also considered.

- 6-8 years of progressive experience in Employee Relations, Labour Relations, Employment Law or HR Compliance, including time supporting ER across more than one country.
- Demonstrated experience leading workplace investigations independently and managing or negotiating with employee representatives and trade unions in Spain.

- Working knowledge of employment law across multiple EMEA markets and comfort partnering with outside counsel.
- Deep expertise in Spanish labour law: Estatuto de los Trabajadores, collective bargaining, works councils, equality legislation and recent regulatory changes.
- Ability to create and govern mandatory compliance programs and to write clear, legally defensible policies.
- Autonomy in a matrixed environment, with discretion handling confidential, high-stakes information.
