About the role

Exyte is looking for highly motivated engineering graduates to join its 2026 Graduate Programme. You will work alongside experienced engineers on cutting‑edge projects, gaining hands‑on experience across the full project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design, planning and execution of engineering projects in your chosen discipline.
• Support senior engineers with technical documentation, drawings and specifications.
• Participate in site visits, project assessments and feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering systems.
• Help develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and risk‑management plans.
• Apply industry standards, safety regulations and best practices to all tasks.

Required profile

• Final‑year student or recent graduate with a relevant engineering degree.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Enthusiastic, adaptable and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• BIM (Building Information Modeling) knowledge.
