English Second Language Teacher – Teach Young Learners in China

About the role

English 1 is seeking enthusiastic English Second Language (ESL) teachers to join its network of schools across China. You will work with children aged 3‑16, delivering dynamic, high‑energy lessons that follow the company’s award‑winning curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English to young learners in interactive classroom settings.
• Prepare and deliver engaging lessons using digital tools and ready‑made teaching materials.
• Track student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support individual growth.
• Participate in school events, cultural programs, and community activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport.
• Genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange.
• Clean background check.

Required skills

• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) – optional but preferred.
