About the role
Zurich Insurance Europe AG is seeking an Entry Level Personal Lines Agent for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract in Wexford. The role is hybrid, allowing flexibility between office and remote work, and focuses on delivering high‑quality telephone support to customers for home, motor and van insurance products.
Key responsibilities
- Provide telephone‑based support on general insurance underwriting and respond to product‑related queries.
- Retain existing customers, meet challenging business targets and identify upsell opportunities.
- Contact targeted renewals to drive retention and arrange follow‑up calls for cross‑selling prospects.
- Build rapport with potential and existing customers while maintaining high service levels.
Required profile
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 H5’s or equivalent Leaving Certificate results, or a Level 6 (or higher) third‑level qualification.
- Experience in a customer‑facing environment; insurance experience is a plus.
- Progress towards CIP and/or ACII qualification.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office products.
