Executive Assistant to CTO – North Dublin

About the role

This permanent position supports the Chief Technology Officer and the wider IT leadership team within a large multinational organisation. Based in North Dublin, the role combines high‑visibility administrative duties with coordination of technology projects and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support to the CTO and senior IT leaders.
• Coordinate IT projects, operational initiatives and leadership activities.
• Manage supplier relationships, contracts, renewals and purchase orders.
• Organise meetings, workshops and executive events.
• Create presentations, reports, dashboards and other business communications.
• Support Microsoft 365 adoption and digital transformation initiatives.
• Help improve processes, reporting and documentation across the IT department.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an IT, technology or technical operations environment.
• Strong coordination, organisational and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with senior leadership.
• Proactive personality with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
