About the role

Archer offers a merit‑based, fast‑track career path for experienced Executive Assistants who want to move into recruitment. You will build and manage your own portfolio of clients and candidates, own the full recruitment cycle, and see your promotions, title and earnings directly linked to your results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate clients and job candidates.
• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from relationship building to closing placements.
• Negotiate contracts and fees, driving commercial outcomes for both clients and candidates.
• Consistently deliver successful placements to accelerate promotions and earnings.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience supporting senior leadership (Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Business Support Executive or similar).
• Proven experience working closely with directors, partners or C‑suite executives.
• Strong communicator, highly organised and trusted to manage competing priorities.
• Ambitious, results‑focused and motivated by clear goals and rapid career progression.
