Fast-Track Business Development Role – Car Rental Sales

About the role

We are opening two fast‑track Business Development positions for candidates with experience in car rental sales. The role is highly target‑driven, offering rapid progression, mentorship and a commission structure that rewards performance.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients in the car rental sector.
• Identify and develop fresh business opportunities to meet sales targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• 6 months to 2 years of experience as a Rental Sales Agent, Rental Advisor, Customer Sales Representative, Sales Executive or similar role.
• Enjoys speaking with people and building lasting relationships.
• Motivated by targets, career progression and personal growth.
• Seeks a long‑term career rather than a short‑term job.
