Feasibility Architect

About the role

Staycity Group is seeking a motivated Feasibility Architect to join its fast‑growing European hospitality team. You will work on a variety of projects, from greenfield sites and renovations to complex multi‑use developments, ensuring they meet the company’s aparthotel design standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess third‑party developer plans to verify compliance with Staycity’s design standards and room requirements.
• Evaluate proposed schemes for functionality, practicality, and alignment with operational needs.
• Collaborate closely with the interior design team and the Group Development Director on feasibility studies and design development.
• Support the preparation of feasibility reports, cost estimates, and planning documentation.
• Ensure projects adhere to current building regulations and planning legislation.

Required profile

• High level of computer literacy with strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organisational, communication and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Self‑motivated attitude with the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of building regulations and planning legislation.
• Experience conducting feasibility studies is beneficial but not essential.
