Fit-Out Site Manager – Dublin City Centre

About the role

The Fit‑Out Site Manager will lead the day‑to‑day delivery of commercial fit‑out projects across office, retail, hospitality and CAT A/B environments in Dublin City Centre. You will ensure that works are completed safely, on schedule, within budget and to the required quality standards while acting as the main point of contact for subcontractors and client representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all on‑site activities from mobilisation through to practical completion and handover.
• Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow and sequencing.
• Monitor programme milestones, identify and mitigate delays or clashes.
• Oversee high‑quality finishes across joinery, partitions, ceilings, M&E coordination and final finishes.
• Conduct regular inspections, snagging and quality checks to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Liaise with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Designers and client teams, providing clear updates on progress and risks.
• Track site costs, variations and productivity; maintain site diaries, progress reports and photographic records.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit‑out or interior projects.
• Strong understanding of fit‑out sequencing, finishes and services coordination.
• Background in a construction trade (carpentry/joinery advantageous but not essential).
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong health and safety awareness.
