Fit Out Site Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Fit Out Site Manager to lead on‑site works for high‑end retail, hospitality, entertainment and commercial fit‑out projects across Ireland and Northern Ireland. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, to the highest quality standards and with a strong focus on health and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day on‑site activities and coordinate trades.
• Monitor progress against project plans and timelines.
• Promote and maintain a robust health and safety culture on site.
• Deliver work to a high standard of craftsmanship and finish.
• Conduct site walk‑arounds with clients and address their feedback.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and provide regular updates.
• Ensure the site is appropriately staffed and resources are allocated efficiently.

Required profile

• Previous experience in site management, preferably within fit‑out projects.
• Demonstrated fit‑out experience, especially in retail and shopfitting.
• Willingness and ability to travel to multiple sites across Ireland and Northern Ireland.
• Full right to work in Ireland.
