Food and Beverage Server – Hotel & Resort

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and efficient Food and Beverage Server to join the team at Mount Wolseley Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Tullow, County Carlow. You will be part of a dynamic hospitality environment, serving guests across the restaurant, bar and other dining areas.

Key responsibilities

• Serve guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a high standard of service.
• Set up and stock work areas according to business requirements.
• Stay up‑to‑date with menu changes and specials.
• Rotate through different Food & Beverage outlets as needed.
• Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules.
• Assist other departments when required and store stock safely.

Required profile

• Warm, friendly attitude with a passion for front‑of‑house operations.
• Detail‑oriented and standards‑driven.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
