About the role
The Victoria Hotel Galway is seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Assistant to join its vibrant team. You will work in a busy restaurant environment, delivering excellent service to guests and supporting the bar and dining areas.
Key responsibilities
- Take and serve food and drink orders to customers.
- Maintain high standards of service quality throughout the shift.
- Follow directions from the Food and Beverage Manager.
- Update stock levels and report variances.
- Cover bar shifts, serving both drinks and food.
Required profile
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced setting.
- Passionate and enthusiastic about customer service.
- Previous experience in a similar restaurant or hotel role.
- Fluent in English with a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Flexible, able to prioritize tasks and work as part of a team.
