About the role

You will work in a fast‑paced, quality‑focused environment serving guests in The Falls, Sheen Bar, Sheen Lounge, and Stables Brasserie. The role offers both full‑time and part‑time opportunities, allowing you to develop your service skills under the guidance of experienced managers.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with guests to deliver excellent, personalized service.
• Provide menu knowledge, including allergens and recommendations.
• Collaborate with restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
• Previous experience in a similar food‑service role is desirable.
• Strong presentation and team‑spirit.
• Flexibility, dependability, punctuality, and willingness to work weekends and evenings.
