Food & Beverage Assistant (Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and efficient Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team at the Park Inn by Radisson, Shannon Airport. This part‑time position supports the restaurant and bar operations, ensuring guests receive prompt and courteous service.

Key responsibilities

• Serve guests promptly and courteously.
• Set up and stock work areas according to business requirements.
• Stay updated on menu changes.
• Carry out restaurant and bar duties following standard operating procedures.
• Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules.
• Provide support to other areas of the hotel when needed.
• Store all stock safely.

• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality.
