Food & Beverage Supervisor

About the role

The Montenotte is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of its dining outlets. This role ensures that guests receive the high‑standard luxury experience the hotel is known for, while supporting other outlets as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned Food & Beverage outlets efficiently, ensuring smooth service flow.
• Assist other outlets during peak periods or special events.
• Oversee reservations, coordinate with relevant departments, and handle special guest requests.
• Maintain the hotel’s luxury standards consistently across all service areas.
• Conduct departmental audits to guarantee consistency and compliance.
• Communicate the hotel’s Vision, Mission and Values to the team and embed them in daily operations.
• Ensure front‑ and back‑of‑house areas are clean, well‑maintained and presented to brand standards.
• Control ambience elements such as lighting, music and temperature.
• Report defective equipment or materials to the appropriate departments promptly.
• Implement new initiatives within agreed time‑frames.
