Food Supervisor – Quick Service Restaurant

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Food Supervisor to join our fast‑paced Quick Service Restaurant team. Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, you will lead shifts, ensure high‑quality food service, and create a welcoming experience that keeps customers returning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead efficient, organized shifts to maintain smooth restaurant operations.
• Coach team members and uphold food safety, health & safety, service, and quality standards.
• Manage labour, stock, and deliveries to optimise shift performance.
• Address customer concerns professionally to protect guest satisfaction and brand reputation.
• Conduct daily stock checks and support accurate inventory management.
• Assist the Manager with daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery.
• Support sales initiatives and help achieve sales targets.
