Forward Deployed Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Consultant to join a fast‑growing SaaS environment. Working remotely from Ireland, you will act as a strategic partner between customers and internal product, engineering, and data teams, helping organisations unlock greater value from their technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build long‑term relationships with customers by understanding their business objectives and challenges.
• Serve as a strategic advisor, identifying opportunities to improve performance and maximize platform value.
• Translate customer needs into clear internal projects, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Data, and other teams.
• Represent the customer perspective internally to influence product priorities and future improvements.
• Develop and present data‑driven recommendations that connect insights to measurable business outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to increase adoption, expand platform usage, and strengthen engagement.
• Partner with Account Management and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing success.
• Approach ambiguous problems with a consulting mindset, structuring issues, analyzing information, and delivering actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, client advisory, strategic consulting, or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex business models and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and confidence presenting to senior leaders.
• Strong analytical abilities, including interpreting data and identifying trends.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, define project scopes, and communicate clear solutions.
• Experience with B2B SaaS, marketing technology, sales operations, or revenue analytics is a strong advantage.
• Ownership‑driven mindset, capable of working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
