About the role
This position is the first point of contact for employees, visitors and vendors in a fast‑paced, international technology office located in Dublin city centre. You will help create a welcoming and seamless office experience while supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist employees, visitors and vendors, delivering a professional front‑of‑house experience.
- Manage reception duties including visitor sign‑ins, deliveries, access requests and general office coordination.
- Maintain the office environment to a high standard, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
- Support internal events, meeting set‑ups and workplace logistics.
- Collaborate closely with the Workplace Manager to enhance the overall employee experience.
Required profile
- Experience in front‑of‑house, hospitality, workplace, office support or customer service.
- Friendly, organised and proactive with strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Hands‑on team player who enjoys creating a positive workplace atmosphere.
