Front Office Supervisor – Hospitality Leader

About the role

Join Dalata Hotel Group as a Front Office Supervisor and lead the first point of contact for guests across our portfolio of 3‑ and 4‑star hotels. You will ensure a warm, friendly welcome and uphold the high standards of service that define the Dalata experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a genuine, courteous welcome to all guests throughout their stay.
• Support achievement of targets related to mystery audits, guest comment indexes, quality evaluations and hotel standards.
• Assist in the efficient management of front‑office operations, including delegation and oversight of daily tasks.
• Collaborate with the management team to maintain high staff morale and a positive work environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within a 3‑ or 4‑star hotel.
• Excellent organisational abilities with a talent for delegating tasks.
• A warm, friendly, and approachable demeanor when interacting with staff and guests.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
