Full-Stack Developer – Remote (JavaScript/TypeScript)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join a leading AI technology client on a full‑time remote basis. You will design, develop, and maintain high‑quality code that trains and optimizes AI models, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient code for AI model training and optimization.
• Conduct evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyse results for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains.
• Develop comprehensive explanations and rationales for evaluations.
• Lead supervised fine‑tuning efforts, including creation and maintenance of high‑quality, task‑specific datasets.

Required profile

Required skills

• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with Node.js for backend development.
