Full-time Chopped/Zambrero Sales & Catering Assistant

About the role

Monread Fare is looking for an energetic Sales & Catering Assistant to manage the Chopped/Zambrero outlet in Naas. You will lead a team, maintain high standards of quality and service, and contribute fresh ideas to grow sales.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Chopped+Zambrero team, ensuring the highest levels of quality, service and cleanliness.
• Train, develop and motivate staff to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Oversee food preparation, presentation and service to meet brand standards.
• Generate new initiatives to increase sales and improve department performance.
• Create rosters, manage daily operations and ensure smooth running of the outlet.
• Achieve KPI targets set by management and maintain up‑to‑date HACCP documentation.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and food safety audits.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Strong personal drive and ability to work independently.
• High attention to detail and integrity in teamwork.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory or team‑leader role.

Required skills

• HACCP knowledge and food safety compliance.
