About the role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a full‑time Food & Beverage Assistant to join us in Mikey Ryan's Bar and Kitchen at the ultra‑luxury Cashel Palace Hotel. Bar experience is an advantage and the start date is from 1st September onwards.
Key responsibilities
- Work with the Food & Beverage Team to ensure all guests receive an excellent experience at Mikey Ryan's.
- Maintain the highest service standards while continuously seeking areas for improvement.
- Assist the Food & Beverage Team wherever needed.
- Engage with colleagues and guests in a positive and friendly manner.
- Participate in various training sessions to develop your hospitality career.
