General Operative – Production Team

About the role

Dawn Meats is looking for reliable General Operatives to join its production team at the Charleville facility. The role involves working on a paced line to pack meat cuts and trims to customer specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Work primarily in the Boning Hall, packing meat cuts and trims on a production line.
• Assist the production team across all factory areas and maintain good housekeeping standards.
• Follow work instructions, health & safety regulations and quality guidelines.
• Record accurate production data and keep product knowledge up to date.
• Undertake flexible working hours to meet production deadlines.

Required profile

• Entry‑level or semi‑skilled candidates willing to work to deadlines.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Interest in future development and progression within the company.
