Graduate Architect – 2+ years experience, hybrid, €40‑55k

About the role

We are a growing architectural design studio in South Dublin seeking a motivated Graduate Architect or Architect with at least two years of post‑qualification experience. The role offers the chance to work on a varied portfolio of commercial, retail, mixed‑use and residential projects across Ireland, with hybrid working and a strong focus on collaborative design.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and detailed drawings from planning through construction.
• Coordinate BIM models using ArchiCAD or Revit.
• Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations and BCAR.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and consultants.
• Participate in site visits and construction administration.

Required profile

• 2+ years post‑qualification experience in architecture.
• Active RIAI or RIBA membership, or working towards registration.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
• Strong communication, coordination and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in BIM – ArchiCAD or Revit.
• Good knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and BCAR.
• Experience delivering projects from planning to construction.
