Graduate Program - Solution Engineering Path (Dutch Speaking Market)

About the role

Salesforce is inviting 2025 or 2026 graduates to its EMEA Graduate Rotation Program, Solution Engineering Path, a 12-month fixed-term contract starting in February 2027. The program gives graduates exposure to both solution engineering and sales, with a promotion window opening from month 7 onwards. It combines learning paths with in-role experience, and you will be paired with an experienced Solution Engineering Buddy and Sales Development Buddies during the Sales Rotation.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a 1-month introduction with onboarding enablement, covering Salesforce culture, solutions, technologies and tools, and a structured learning calendar with workshops.
• Take part in rotations: 60% in the role with clear tasks and targets, 40% in role-specific learning, alternating between Solution Engineering and Sales over six months.
• In Solution Engineering: learn solutions at a technical level, support customer demonstrations, and practice customer discovery.
• In Sales: learn prospecting and qualification methods, use social, digital, video, chat and phone channels to engage prospects, and help build the sales pipeline with Sales Development Specialists.
• Complete self-paced certifications and skills assessments, meeting all eligibility criteria before promotion panels.

Required profile

• 2025 or 2026 graduate (minimum bachelor's degree) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science/Data Engineering, Information Systems or an adjacent discipline.
• Fluent English and Dutch (essential).
• Creative problem-solver, relationship builder with a growth mindset, curious and self-motivated.
• Thrives in a team, has excellent interpersonal skills, is goal-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
