Head Elf / Team Leader – Fixed‑Term Seasonal Role

About the role
Join Center Parcs at Longford Forest as the Head Elf and lead a team of festive characters delivering magical Christmas experiences for families. This fixed‑term position runs until 25 December 2026 and offers flexible full‑time hours.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of seasonal staff, ensuring rotas are covered and operations run smoothly.
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience and uphold high service standards.
- Oversee workshop operations, including access control, toy stock management and photo delivery.
- Train, support and develop colleagues, and assist with special events.
Required profile
- Outgoing, friendly and approachable attitude.
- Supervisory experience in a demanding, customer‑facing environment.
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Computer literate and able to perform under pressure.
- Enthusiasm for the Christmas/seasonal spirit.
- Willingness to complete Garda vetting.
