Head Elf / Team Leader – Seasonal Guest Experience

About the role

Join the festive team at Longford Forest and lead the magical Christmas experience for families visiting Santa's Woodland Workshop. As Head Elf you will ensure smooth daily operations while creating joyful moments for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of festive characters, covering rotas and ensuring operational excellence.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience and uphold high service standards.
• Oversee workshop operations, including access control, toy stock management and photo delivery.
• Train, support and develop colleagues, and assist with special events.

Required profile

• Outgoing, friendly and approachable attitude.
• Supervisory experience in a demanding, customer‑facing environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and enthusiasm for the Christmas/seasonal spirit.
• Willingness to complete Garda vetting before starting.

Required skills

• Computer literacy – ability to use standard office software under pressure.
