Hospitality Assistant – Customer Service

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Hospitality Assistant to be the face of our business. Working 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, you will join a fast‑paced team that prides itself on excellent food, strong brand values and, most importantly, its people.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure they leave delighted.
• Provide a seamless, personalised service throughout the customer journey.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu and make confident recommendations.
• Represent Compass Group positively and uphold brand standards.
• Adhere to food handling, hygiene and health‑and‑safety regulations.
