Hospitality Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Hospitality Team Leader to join our busy contract catering site in Parkmore. Reporting to the Unit Manager, you will ensure bookings are accepted, venues are set up correctly and food & drink deliveries meet company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Accept and process catering bookings.
• Organise and oversee venue set‑up for each event.
• Deliver food and beverage requirements to the selected venue.
• Manage time effectively to ensure all bookings arrive on schedule and meet quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar hospitality or catering role.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong team player with a ‘can‑do’ attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fun environment where time management is crucial.
• Passionate, dedicated, self‑motivated and energetic.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP principles.
• Understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
