Hotel Operations Manager

About the role

This senior leadership position is for an experienced, commercially‑driven Hotel Operations Manager to join a well‑established hospitality group in Dublin. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, profitability and guest satisfaction across a dynamic, fast‑paced hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day hotel operations and maintain exceptional service standards.
• Lead, motivate and develop departmental management teams.
• Drive operational performance, profitability and guest satisfaction metrics.
• Monitor KPIs, labour costs, staffing levels and operational efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, HACCP and company procedures.
• Collaborate with senior management on business strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Foster a positive, high‑performance culture focused on teamwork and guest experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality management.
• Strong operational and commercial management background.
• Passionate about customer service and team development.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Hands‑on management style with strong attention to detail.
